RUSH tribute site Power Windows has issued the following update:
Several Snakes & Arrows Live items have been added to the "Downloads" section of this website, including a Userbar, PSP Wallpaper, and most importantly, a complete collection of Desktop Wallpaper; additional items may be added in the coming weeks. Thanks to John at Cygnus-X1.net for providing the raw images used for a majority of the wallpaper!
Snakes & Arrows Live, the new 2 CD set is released today. The album, recorded over two nights in Rotterdam during the 2007 leg of the tour, captures the entire set; click here for the tracklist.
"With this one, we recorded both nights and there are songs on there from both nights - so it gives you a bit more comfort. You're a bit more relaxed about it knowing if you screw it up at night one, you can nail it on night two. The DVD release of Snakes & Arrows Live is tentatively set for release later this summer, although no firm date has been announced.
In a recent interview Alex Lifeson remarked: "The group decided to put the CD out first", he says, because we wanted to kind of bridge the two halves of the tour with a release so there's something there, and then we'll follow up with the live DVD.'" - Billboard.com, April 1, 2008
