The official RUSH website recently launched a newly refreshed website to celebrate the kickoff of the 2011 Time Machine Tour. Guitarist Alex Lifeson recently commented on the setlist, saying there would be no changes made as compared to the 2010 tour:

"We've decided to do exactly the same set that we were doing last year. We talked about changing out some stuff. Certainly we wouldn't add any other new stuff because we haven't really developed it yet beyond sort of that first stage of writing and arranging. But we thought it best to keep the show as it is."

According to the official go-to Rush news source, RushIsABand.com Lifeson was true to his word. No new songs or video footage were added to the kick-off show in Sunrise, FL on March 30th.

Stay tuned for more updates.

Live Nation recently announced that due to unforeseen circumstances the Rush performance previously scheduled for this Friday, April 1st in Greensboro has been postponed one day and will now take place on Saturday, April 2nd at the Greensboro Coliseum. Doors remain 6:30 pm with show time at 7:30 pm.

After much consideration, as the Toledo performance would have been the fourth show in five days the decision was made to delay the show rather than move forward as previously scheduled. The added time between shows will ensure that fans in Toledo are treated to the best performance that Rush can deliver. As a result, the Toledo performance previously scheduled for Wednesday, April 6th will be postponed one week and will now take place on Wednesday, April 13th at Huntington Center.

Tickets for both of the previously scheduled performance will be honored at the rescheduled dates. Fans requiring a refund may do so at point of purchase.

Rush: Beyond the Lighted Stage, the documentary created by filmmakers Sam Dunn and Scott McFadyen at Banger Films received a Juno Award for Music DVD Of The Year on March 26th in Toronto, Ontario, the homebase for the band and Banger Films. Dunn and McFadyen are two time Juno winners, having taken home the same award in 2010 for the IRON MAIDEN documentary Flight 666.
