SACRED OATH Drop New Single “Is It Time?”; Visualizer Video Streaming

80s USPM pioneers, Sacred Oath, have released their first new music in more than three years with “Is It Time?” (SRGILS, Virgin, UMG).
The band is currently in the studio working on a full-length follow-up to Return Of The Dragon (2021) and anticipate a 2025 release.
“We felt the need to get this song out there now, rather than wait for the completed album,” said the band’s drummer Kenny “Thundarr” Evans. “There’s so much anxiety and rage out there in the wake of the (US) election and current world affairs. It’s like we’re all sitting on a powder keg. This song is the fuse.”

Sacred Oath are back to a classic 4-piece lineup. Rob Thorne and original drummer Kenny “Thundarr” Evans are joined by guitarist Damiano Christian, and bassist Scott Waite has rejoined on the fierce new single. Former guitarist Bill Smith and bassist Brendan Kelleher parted ways with the band prior to 2022 for personal reasons.
