MetalAssault.com caught up with SHREDDING THE ENVELOPE guitarist / vocalist / founder Dave Reffett at the Esoterik Guitars booth at NAMM 2011 on January 14th. Following the interview Reffett demonstrated the new Esoterik DR1 Dave Reffett signature guitar. Check it out below.

The album features Reffett on lead guitar, vocals and bass, with guest performances by George Lynch (LYNCH MOB,DOKKEN) Michael Angelo Batio, Joe Stump (HOLY HELL), Glen Drover (ex-MEGADETH, ex-KING DIAMOND), Chris Poland (OHM,ex- MEGADETH),Gabe Taylor and Mike Mangini (ANNIHILATOR, STEVE VAI, EXTREME) on drums.
The album was mixed by acclaimed Producer Mudrock (ALICE COOPER, GODSMACK, AVENGED SEVENFOLD) and mastered by recording industry veteran George Marino (AC/DC,METALLICA,DIO,KISS,GUNS N’ ROSES).
