SIEGES EVEN Forced To Cancel Night Of The Prog, Rock Of Ages Festivals

German progressive metallers SIEGES EVEN have issued the following update:
"We have a sad announcement to make: Sieges Even have to cancel their participation of both Night Of The Prog and 'Rock Of Ages. Guitar player Markus Steffen is suffering from a serious injury of a sinew of his left hand. All attempts by doctors to get his hand working this week were without success.To avoid this problem becoming chronical he is not allowed to play guitar for the next weeks. Needless to say, that we are very sorry that we cannot play these big shows we were looking for for quite some time. We regret and hope for your understanding!"Sieges Even are set to release the first live album in their career. The CD will be entitled Playgrounds, containing ten songs from the albums A Sense Of Change, The Art Of Navigating By The Stars and Paramount. Recorded during Part I of the Paramount tour 2007/2008, Playgrounds will hit the stores by the end of July via Inside Out Music.
