SLASH, ALICE COOPER, and MÖTLEY CRÜE frontman VINCE NEIL are among the acts set to play February 27th at the Keep Memory Alive Center in Las Vegas for a special benefit to raise awareness about the neurological disorder multiple system atrophy (MSA).

Other big rock names confirmed for the show include former GUNS N' ROSES drummer Matt Sorum, SYSTEM OF A DOWN drummer John Dolmayan, former INXS singer J.D. Fortune, LISA LOEB and SAMMY HAGAR.

House band the SIN CITY SINNERS will back the musicians at the event, being called Kerry Simon Says Fight MSA, plus pull out a few of their own tunes.

The evening is taking place in combination with the Keep Memory Alive organization. The benefit show was spearheaded and will be hosted by Simon, a celebrity chef who was diagnosed with MSA in December. Bill Murray will also be one of the show’s emcees.

The fundraiser, which will be held at the Keep Memory Alive Center, also will feature a silent auction and a live auction.

Tickets for the benefit are available via the Keep Memory Alive website and run $500 for general admission and $1,000 for a VIP package that offers a pre-party reception with celebrity meet-and-greets, admission to an after-party at the Simon Restaurant & Lounge at the Palms Casino Resort and tickets to the show.
