SLAYER Cancel Roskilde Festival Appearance

SLAYER have cancelled their previously reported appearance at this year's Roskilde Festival, which is set to take place July 5-8 in Roskilde, Denmark. According to a statement at the Roskilde site: "Slayer have unexpectedly announced that they have decided to end their European tour on 1 July. Unfortunately, this means that they will not play Roskilde Festival this summer - though they had been confirmed. We know that many of you have looked forward to hearing Slayer live, and that this announcement will be received with disappointment. We can only agree – it really is a shame."
