Split vocalist and songwriter Benjamin Jeppesen's journey in music began in the vibrant streets of New York City, where as a teenager, he honed his skills as a guitarist with the band The Dead Are Living. By age 14, he was already sharing stages with renowned acts like I See Stars, The Last Ten Seconds of Life, and Eyes Set to Kill. This early exposure to the music scene fueled a passion for hardcore that would eventually culminate in the creation of Split.
In 2024, 21 year old Benjamin formed Split with a clear vision: to push the boundaries of the genre and bring hardcore to new audiences. Backed by his talented bandmates Viktor, Linus, Aske, and Anders, Split is now gearing up for the release of their upcoming debut EP, 2300, which is set to release March 7, through Prime Collective.
