SPREAD EAGLE Not Playing New Year's Eve Show

New York City-based hard rockers SPREAD EAGLE, who recently played the first two shows with new guitarist Ziv Shalev, have a tour message for their fans:
"Spread Eagle would like inform their fans that in contrary to some information on the internet we are not playing any show on December 31st. The event was posted without our knowledge or approval. We were neither booked nor contacted in any other way. Any gig that is not confirmed here is simply NOT HAPPENING. The show is posted on a major event site, the circumstances how it got there are still unclear. As a rule of thumb, never purchase ANY tickets for ANY band before checking the event on their official site.Happy Holidays. Spread Eagle"
