Roadrunner Records act THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA will release their full-length label debut, as-yet-untitled, on September 17th. The band made the announcement via video clip, which was shot and edited by the band’s own Jeremy DePoyster and Andy Trick:
The collection, which was recorded at Atlanta’s Glow In The Dark Studios and executive produced by Adam Dutkiewicz of KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, with producer / engineer Matt Goldman, marks the first LP to be released by The Devil Wears Prada since 2011’s breakthrough, Dead Throne, which debuted at #10 on the Billboard Top 200.
To chronicle the record’s progress, The Devil Wears Prada will be releasing weekly studio updates, which are shot, edited and scored by the band members themselves. Check out the first three episodes below:
Mike Hranica, frontman of The Devil Wears Prada, recently stated, "We’ve put so much time into the new songs already, and we're really happy where things are sitting. I think with Roadrunner in the picture, it's only more encouraging as far as compiling a record that we can be proud of and a record that exists well as Dead Throne's successor."
The Devil Wears Prada recently announced that they will be performing at this year’s Alliance Fest on August 3rd in McDonald, PA as well as the Intensity Music Festival on August 4th Arlington, VA. Furthermore, the band has also been added to Chicago’s Riot Fest which takes place September 13th-15th at Humboldt Park in Chicago, IL.
