THE NEW LOW To Release Debut Via Mighty Music

Mighty Music has announced the signing of Danish newcomers THE NEW LOW.
The New Low go for the throat on their Jacob Bredahl-produced debut, Fall Empire, where the recklessness of hardcore is mixed with the distinct Scandinavian metallic sound.
Think SHAI HULUD mixed with old school thrash and the heavy, rocking groove of ENTOMBED. Nice, eh?! These guys play with an energy and love for hardcore rarely heard or seen. Doubters just need to catch the first 10 seconds of a regular nosebreaking The New Low gig.
Bass player Nicolei Rasmussen’s fantastic artwork underlines the album’s themes of abused power, chaos and war. Fall Empire will be released in Denmark on August 16th, and in the rest of Europe during fall 2010.
