After the sold out show at Newcastle Academy, THE QUIREBOYS went into Blast Studios and recorded the official song for Blyth Spartans who face Premiership club, Blackburn Rovers on January 5th (this is the featured game on Setanta).
Quireboys guitarist Paul Guerin is from Blyth and his Grandfather (Tommy Handey) played on the wing for the club. All proceeds from the (download only) single go to the Make A Wish Charity. To hear the song and to download, click here.
