InsideOut Music recently announced the signing of THE SAFETY FIRE. As a part of the ever-growing UK progressive metal scene, The Safety Fire features Sean McWeeney on vocals, Lori Peri on bass, Calvin Smith on drums, and Derya Nagle and Joaquin Ardiles on guitar.
The band have released a video tour-diary, featuring footage from their recent UK trek with RISE TO REMAIN. For footage of the guys on the road and live onstage, check out the clip below:

The Safety Fire plans to release their debut album, Grind The Ocean, in 2012 as a follow-up to their EP, Sections. Guitarist Derya Nagle produced and mixed Grind The Ocean as part of his BlackBear Productions operation, through which he also produced and worked with up-and-coming bands such as RISE TO REMAIN, THE HAARP MACHINE, and PALEHORSE.
With the release of their debut single, 'Huge Hammers', the band is ready to give the progressive world their first taste of what’s to come from Grind The Ocean and The Safety Fire. Check out the 'Huge Hammers' lyric video below:
