Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell's 17 year-old daughter Toni Cornell will appear on the Thursday, December 16th episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and will perform "a special song" in honour of her late father. Check local listings to tune in.
In honor of Father's Day in 2018, Toni Cornell released a cover of Prince's "Nothing Compares to U" that she recorded with her father before his untimely death in May 2017. Toni donated her proceeds from the song to the International Rescue Committee, just as Chris Cornell did with the proceeds from "The Promise", his final music video.

Chris Cornell struggled with depression for most of his life. He was found dead in his Detroit hotel room in the early hours of May 18, 2017, after performing at a Soundgarden concert an hour earlier at the Fox Theatre. His death was ruled a suicide by hanging.
