VADER frontman Peter Wiwczarek (guitars, vocals) has issued the following tour update:

"We came to Denmark by ferry from Putgarten. Storm was ruling the see around. We saw flying parts from the kitchen, also bodies trying to hold anything. After 2 hours we arrived but safe to destination place (we saw AEROSMITH trucks loading the ferry back to Germany) and continued our way to Alingsas near Goeteborg. Fabriken is a small but very nice club, that can guarantee pretty good show indeed. So it was that night. Metalheads in the area knew why they came for and all together we warned up pretty much the atmosphere in the house! Quite large part of the crowd were very young - maybe 12 years old - Metal freaks. Those who are the future of Metal scene had fun indeed, then took autographs and gone back home. Keep doing like that guyz!!!

Sweat and wet from the rain (but happy) we get back to our giant bus and drove to Borlagen... the other site of king Karol Gustav's land. Peace & Love Festival...quite strange place for a band, who plays songs like 'This Is The War' or 'Warlords' (BTW both songs on the set list for that night...). We will see. Big crowd and many metalheads amongst them. So we are not alone here. Vader was set as headliner on Himalaya stage. There were eight stages in the city. We met also our brothers from BEHEMOTH, who also played that night on the Festival!!! There will be Hell after the show. It was quite late since intro for 'Shadowfear' started. Very well show welcomed by quite big - but not huge - crowd. For the end we played a SLAYER cover to crown the Festival. Then was after party till the Sun raised up. At down we drove to Stockholm to catch our ferry to Tallin. A day off. I won’t write here about what happened on the boat named Romantika. Maybe once I will release my autobiography. Let's get back to the planet Earth now!!! The next festival is Tallin or- I should say - in Estonia indeed, 'cause we had to drive over an hour to find the place in the middle of forest. Good atmosphere on arrival. Shower, dinner and... on stage!!! It was quite long time since we visited Estonia but all the maniax never forgot us. In the meantime our drivers prepared 'private grill'... so morale lifted up to 200%!!! Next day is the last day on this trip. Tuska Festival in the center of the capitol of Finland. Impressive organization! Too bad that there's no chance to do such a festival in Poland. So great performance in the end of the two-week tour. Circa 22:00 the festival was over...and we start driving back to Estonia and farther to Poland. Very successful summer tour!!! We will never forget shows like those in Belgium, France or Finland!"
