Rome-based doom metallers VOID OF SILENCE, who called it quits back in 2005, recently reformed and inked a new deal with Code666.

The band have parted ways with PRIMORDIAL singer Alan Nemtheanga, and have issued the following statement: “The band is now looking for a new singer. We are looking for a versatile, creative individual (man or woman) with high motivation and a capability of singing in different styles, from strong clean singing to all ranges of grunts, growls and shrieks. If you feel you might be the one, please send your demo or email to singer@voidofsilence.com .

Void Of Silence explains it's split with Alan Nemtheanga: "Void Of Silence was forced to let Alan go to be able to continue. Alan's full-time engagement in Primordial increasingly prevented the band from completing the brand new album, scheduled for autumn 2009 via Code666."

Stay tuned for further updates from Void Of Silence.
