VOIVOD Bandmates, Family Members To Attend Denis "Piggy" D'Amour's Induction To Quebec Metal Hall Of Fame

Late VOIVOD guitarist Denis "Piggy" D'Amour will be inducted into the Quebec Metal Hall Of Fame at Club Soda in Montreal, QC on Saturday, September 1st.
Voivod's Michel "Away" Langevin and Denis "Snake" Belanger, as well as former bassist Jean-Yves "Blacky" Theriault, along with members of Piggy's family will be on hand for the ceremony.
The induction ceremony will be part of a three day festival celebrating 25 years of Metal in Quebec, dubbed 1982 – 2007: 25 ans Métal Québécois.
The induction ceremony will feature a video presentation produced by Syl Disjonk, speeches from various people - including Denis "Snake" Belanger, and a "musical medley" performed by Jean-Yves "Blacky" Theriault and MARTYR guitarist Dan Mongrain featuring music from Voivod's 80s output.
