Wacken Open Air 2010 - Over 20,000 Tickets Already Sold

The 2010 edition the Wacken Open Air festival is confirmed for August 5th-7th in Wacken, Germany, with IMMORTAL, CORVUS CORAX already confirmed.
Organizers have issued the following:
"The run for the 21st anniversary-edition of the biggest heavy metal festival in the world in the high north, which takes place August 5th – 7th, 2010, has already begun.The X-Mas tickets for W:O:A 2010, which were limited to 10,000, have been sold out within 10 hours. And right now the 25,000 border is about to be achieved.
The X-Mas-tickets are already shipped.
We want to say thank you to all metalheads for this awesome support and the long lasting loyality. The 20th anniversary of the Wacken Open Air was a huge success and the most peacefull party of the year.
In 2010 we won’t disappoint the fans and will present the best festival for another time with a lot of highlights and surprises. The preperations are working flat out and we will let a few highlights out of the Full Metal Bag soon!
