NOTHING MORE Sells Out New York City

From San Antonio, Texas, hard rockers Nothing More released their last album Spirits late last year via Better Noise Music and brought their Spirits 2023 North American Tour to New York City on April 9 at the Irving Plaza.
During the entire set, there was never a moment of rest, even on slower songs like “I’ll Be Ok” and “Fade In/Fade Out”, frontman Jonny Hawkins delivering incredible vocals along with commanding stage presence. The venue stage was almost too small for Nothing More, especially when it was time for Jonny Hawkins to ride his infamous “Scorpion Tail”, a massive 400-pound, 14-foot-tall mechanical stage prop used from the frontman to manipulate the guitar, vocal and bass.
Nothing More closed their set with the song “This Is The Time (Ballast)” which ended with an amazing percussion performance by Hawkins as he,bassist Daniel, and guitarist Mark Vollelunga stood in the crowd playing their final notes. For the people that couldn’t to be there in person, the show was also streamed live on Veeps.
