TONS OF ROCK 2024 - Day 2: Maybe The Craziest F*@king Line-up I've Ever Witnessed!

Wow! Seemingly randomly generated, the collection of talent onstage today cut a WIDE swath through the musical world. OK, Opeth (performing a fan selected, old school set, featuring lots of death growls) and Kataonia sort of make sense, paired together. Ditto Tool and Mr. Bungle (with Scott Ian & Dave Lombardo In tow)...talk about non sequitur!
Throw in Doro, W.A.S.P. (even with Blackie Lawless seated, throughout the show), Extreme and a handful of homegrown, Norwegian black metal bands, like Tsjuder, and this was a spectacle of sights and sounds. Still trying to get my head around it, but will have more coherent thoughts, for the final report, to be posted next week. In the meantime, enjoy some of OTT zaniness.
