The 2009 MTV Video Music Awards are coming up soon. This year’s nominees include a category of classic videos competing for Best Video (That Should Have Won A Moonman). The nominees from the past for this new award include VAN HALEN singer DAVID LEE ROTH's 'California Girls'.
The 2009 MTV Video Music Awards will air live on Sunday, September 13 at 9 PM.
'California Girls' appeared on David Lee Roth’s Crazy From The Heat EP (1985). The song’s video was directed by Pete Angelus and David Lee Roth.
