Drummer SHAWN DROVER Reminisces About MEGADETH, Leaving The Band – “I Was Getting The Itch To Make My Own Music”

Former Megadeth drummer Shawn Drover was a guest on Waste Some Time With Jason Green and throughout the conversation, Drover spoke about his beginnings as a drummer and his career with Eidolon and the thrash legends.
Drover was with Megadeth from 2004-2014 and cited that he wanted to make his own music as the reasoning for his departure from the band. Drover would form Act Of Defiance with former Megadeth guitarist Chris Broderick and they have released two albums, 2015’s Birth And The Burial and 2017’s Old Scars, New Wounds.
