FAMOUS UNDERGROUND Frontman Nick Walsh Pays Tribute To John Lennon, Covers Classic B-Side 'Rain'

Toronto-based FAMOUS UNDERGROUND frontman Nick Walsh has issued a cover of THE BEATLES' classic B-side 'Rain' in tribute to John Lennon, who was shot and killed in New York City on December 8th, 1980.
Walsh: "I actually did this for fun sometime ago, but thought I'd share it with you all today as a tribute to one of the greatest of all time, John Lennon. Cheers."
'Rain' was released in June 1966 as the B-side of the 'Paperback Writer" single. It is considered by many as "The Beatles' finest B-side."

As previously reported, Famous Underground will be featured on a live webcast on ImageFM.ca on December 19th. The band will be performing a few songs and doing an interview with announcer Astrid Young on her Being Young Radio show.
