"As everybody knows Carnival in Brazil is one of the biggest party celebrations on the planet and Hail! are thrilled to announce that we will be playing the CearaInRock Festival in Fortaleza on the final night of Carnival, Tuesday February 21st, 2012. The official announcement will be made on Brazilian television tomorrow. This will be our first show in Brazil and to make it even more of a unique event, we will have Whitfield Crane (UGLY KID JOE, LIFE OF AGONY) singing on this one. Since Ripper Owens will be in Russia with Yngwie Malmsteen on the same date, Whit will make his second appearance with Hail! since playing Istanbul, Turkey, in October. Paul Bostaph, James Lomenzo and our resident Brazilian hero Andreas Kisser will complete the lineup.
Ripper will rejoin us on Saturday, February 25th, and complete the rest of the tour which kicks off with the Motorcycle Cruise (Feb 26th - 29th), San Luis (March 3rd) and Sao Paulo (March 4th) shows in Brazil, followed by Monetvideo, Uruguay (March 5th) and Buenos Aires, Argentina (March 6th).
We are finalizing details on another major tour and an announcement will be made shortly."
