SEX PISTOLS - The Original Recordings Compilation To Arrive In May

Universal Music Catalogue (UMC) will issue The Original Recordings, a new Sex Pistols compilation, on May 27. The collection ties in with Danny Boyle’s dramatization Pistol, which is based on Steve Jones’s memoir Lonely Boy: Tales From A Sex Pistol and comes to Hulu/Disney+ on May 31.
The Original Recordings will be released on CD, vinyl (black, green, yellow) and cassette (five tapes with different cover designs). It features 20 of the Sex Pistol’s recordings from 1976 to 1978, some B-sides, Sid Vicious’ performance of "My Way" from The Great Rock & Roll Swindle soundtrack.
