November 29, 2022, 2 years ago
Brazilian metal band Torture Squad has issued their live album, Tortura En La Iglesia En Vivo, along with the unreleased single "The Fallen Ones", which is accompanied by a conceptual music video produced by Eric Luchini (Tilt Filmes).
About the new single, Torture Squad comments: “'The Fallen Ones' is a science fiction song inspired by abduction stories from movies and series like The X-Files (1993) and Signs (2002). The sound of this new song is a powerful blend of elements from thrash, death metal and progressive metal. The music video was produced by Eric Luchini, and features a suspenseful plot that stimulates the viewer's imagination, questioning the truth behind these events."
Tortura En La Iglesia En Vivo synthesizes the energy of the headbangers present on July 16, 2022, where the band performed at a sold out night at La Iglesia, in São Paulo - one of the largest metropolises in the world, and the entire recorded show gave rise to the new live album.
