W.A.S.P. guitarist Doug Blair was recently interviewed at Musikantti in Jyväskylä, Finland by Kaaos TV about his guitar clinic, as well as the band´s upcoming Golgotha album, due in August. The complete chat can be viewed in the player below; an excerpt regarding Golgotha has been transcribed.
"It's awesome, it's epic, it's long, it's deep. It's really emotional; there's a million leads on it. But I haven't heard the final mixes... it's kind of like leaving your kid at school. You do your best and you let it go. When it comes out, I'll be surprised to hear how it sounds."In live news, W.A.S.P. has announced a ten date tour of The UK and Ireland which kicks off at The Troxy in London on September 11th.
