BEHEMOTH frontman Adam "Nergal" Darski has revealed to Terrorizer that he has finally started writing the follow-up to 2009's Evangelion.
"I'm planning to sit down on my arse this summer, in a few weeks and start collecting more riffs," he said. "We've written so many [riffs] already and we've got four or five songs that aren't completed but we have the skeletons of what just needs to be jammed out with band before going on the next record," the 35-year-old revealed. "We've changed our attitude with this album. We've cut down all the analysing and thinking about the music. This album will be very instinct driven and whatever comes out of our system will come out naturally on the record."As previously reported, Nergal is putting the finishing touches to his autobiography, due out in October in Polish, with an english version to follow "if there's interest," he says.
Titled Sacrum Profanum the frontman, who has since recovered from a battle with leukaemia says it's "like a really long in-depth interview."
Nergal says he will be working with producers Group 13, who he also collaborated with for the videos 'At the Left Hand Ov God' and 'Ov Fire and the Void', on several promotional videos.
