Jukebox:Metal - New Website Launched

BW&BK; has received the following press release:
UK multi-genre reviews website Jukebox (www.jukebo.cx) has launched a brand new specialist rock and metal site called Jukebox:Metal.
Over the coming weeks all rock and metal reviews and features will be transferred from Jukebox to Jukebox:Metal, as well as more new developments including merch and a new forum.
Editor Andy Lye: “We’ve worked hard over the last five years to establish Jukebox’s identity as a multi-genre website, and recently we have seen a marked increase in heavy metal coverage on the site when compared to other genres. To alleviate this we have created Jukebox:Metal, which will offer a more focused service to rock and metal labels and bands, freeing Jukebox to maintain its services to other genres. In the last year we have trebled our readership at Jukebox, and we hope that this new move will continue to increase our exposure as metal fans will feel at home on Jukebox:Metal, and everyone else will feel even more at home than previously on Jukebox without the formidable amounts of heavy music coverage that had been occupying the site.”
