DiMarzio will officially launch the Mark Morton “Dominion” signature model pickup at next week’s NAMM show in Los Angeles, CA.

Designed and developed in conjunction with LAMB OF GOD’s Mark Morton, the Dominion pickups are the result of over two years of intense bench work, road testing and studio recording. Available in both bridge and neck models, the DiMarzio Dominion offers the player a wide range of diverse and dynamic tone possibilities in a passive, medium output, humbucking pickup.

Morton states, “This pickup completes the circle for me… it’s the missing link in my search for THE SOUND. The clean tones are like bells and pianos… simply gorgeous. The rhythms are the perfect balance of cream and crush. There’s such a unique character to the saturation… it’s thick and massive, but equally accurate and concise. The gain structure is super tight without sacrificing body and depth, and the lead tones are absolutely scorching. It’s got all of the sear, slice and sustain you could ever ask for. Gearing up for the release of their new album, Resolution, Lamb Of God have released the third trailer, which features the song, 'King Me', which closes the album.

The track, one of the most musically ambitious the band has ever put forth, features a full orchestra as well as opera singer Amanda Munton. Check it out below:

Korea's thrash metal quartet MAHATMA will support Lamb Of God on their first-ever Korean show on February 12th at AX Hall in Seoul.

The band's second album, Perseverance, was released in the Europe on 2008 through Listenable Records. Mahatma is inching closer to revealing details about its third studio album, which is now in the writing process.

Already confirmed to perform five shows as part of Soundwave 2012 - Australia's travelling festival that runs February 25th to March 5th - Lamb Of God have announced a couple of side concert dates in Brisbane and Canberra, Australia.

Australia will be one of the first places that Lamb of God play in support of their seventh studio album, entitled Resolution which is due for release in late January.

For the shows, the band are joined by IN FLAMES and death-metal quintet THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER.
