MARYANN COTTON Cancels ‘Get It On’ Release; New Video To Be Released In Tribute To AMY WINEHOUSE

MARYANN COTTON has announced he will not be releasing the previously reported single, ‘Get It On’.

The track ‘Die In Britain’ will be released in it's place as a tribute to recently deceased singer AMY WINEHOUSE. The track will be released as a music video, which will premiere August 5th.

Maryann commented on the release: ''The song is a tribute to Amy and all those legends who died in Britain - Club 27.''

'Die In Britain' features past and present KING DIAMOND members - Andy LaRocque, Hal Patino, Pete Blakk and Snowy Shaw. The track will be released on ITunes at a later date. A 12-track album will also be released.

As previously reported, Kane Michaels recently conducted an interview with Maryann Cotton where he talks about his new album, upcoming tour, influences, and more.

Maryann is forced to be addicted to perform the role as Cotton. "I have to be drunk to put up with Maryann, " he says. "But 'I've never felt better and I'm glad what I have done so far - I'm looking forward to my next single will be released , and to go out on tour later this year.''
