MY SHADOW Post Video Footage From The Studio

Canadian melodic death metallers MY SHADOW have issued the following update:
"As you all probably know, we are currently in the studio laying down some tracks and writing new ones for our next album.We posted online a new video (see below) of Larry (guitars/keys) recording a ghost track that will be used for the recording of the other instruments. The pre-production is going great and we think we found a great bass and guitar sound that will blow your mind.
Check it out and share it with your friends. Don't forget that we will be playing April 11th, 2009 at La Brass in Aylmer (Quebec) with INIRE."
