PARADISE LOST has issued the following announcement:

"Due to a long-standing commitment made prior to him joining Paradise Lost, Adrian (Erlandsson, drummer) will be unable to perform with the band at the Alternavigo Festival in Vigo, Spain on August 7th.

So for one-night-only, former member Jeff Singer will occupy the Paradise Lost drum stool. Jeff's return for this show, not only allows everyone to honour their prior commitments but gives Jeff a chance to say 'goodbye' to the loyal Paradise Lost fans in style.

This will be the band's final summer show before they kick off their European Tour on October 30th at King Tut's in Glasgow, Scotland."

Jeff Singer appeared on the last two Paradise Lost studio albums, 2005's Paradise Lost and 2007's In Requiem.

It was back in March that Paradise Lost announced Adrian Erlandsson (CRADLE OF FILTH, THE HAUNTED, AT THE GATES, NEMHAIN) as their new drummer. The aforementioned "long-standing commitment" is BRUJERIA's performance at the Brutal Assault Festival in The Czech Republic, for which Adrian will be playing drums.
