On August 16th, The Viper Room in West Hollywood, CA celebrated its 21st Anniversary with all-star jam night. Footage below, shot by Joe Dolan, is available below:
Dolan: "It happens here in Hollywood and like no other venue in town, the all-star birthday jams bring out plenty of surprises. The Viper is officially 21 and we were happy to share the evening with all the talent, including Steve Vai… what? Jeff Scott Soto …say what?
