STRATOVARIUS Guitarist TIMO TOLKKI Heads To Germany To Record Drum Tracks For New Album

As previously reported, STRATOVARIUS guitarist Timo Tolkki is currently working on material for the band's next album, with a late 2007/early 2008 release expected. He issued the following update prior to heading to Germany to work on the drums with Jörg Michael:
"Packing...why do I always have to leave it to the last moment? Aaargh this is hopeless, what do I need? This and that, and more of that...man...I have to get up at 5 for 7:25 flight.Do I have everything now? Couldn´t someone just come here and do this for me? No? I guess I have to do it myself. I have the hard disk, with the clicks for the new songs and I played some guitars already. I had to learn the songs again, because I kind of forgot them during the tour:) I´ll be back on Tuesday with lots of photos and hard disk full of Jörg´s drums.
It starts again!! And it´s gonna be cool. Looking forward to that 200 gig world tour...
