THE ANSWER Survive Torrential Rain

Paul Mahon, guitarist for Irish rockers THE ANSWER has issued the following update:
"We are on our way to Cleveland. We have a show there tomorrow and today we might take in a trip to the rock 'n' roll hall of fame to find the pick of destiny!Shows have been going great. We had our first headline show in D.C. in the Rock 'N' Roll Hotel. After that we played Giants Stadium in New Jersey. It's a pretty impressive stadium and even the torrential rain didn't dampen spirits!The rain was so bad at one point, I wouldn't have been surprised if the show was called off. ANVIL were better than in New England and School Love, 666, White Rhino and Metal On Metal were highlights. It was cool to meet Chris Tsangarides backstage as well, the legendary producer of THIN LIZZY's Thunder And Lightning.
After Giants Stadium it was back down to earth and another club show for us in Philly in the Khyber Club, not the biggest audience we ever played to but it was a good show nevertheless and reminded us of the early days in Belfast. We shot off from Philly back to Albany, New York. It was an arena show this time. It's been a while since we've played indoors with AC/DC and compared to all the stadium shows it was almost intimate! Anyway we are almost in Cleveland and watching outside Providence on the bus. We will be hitting Canada after Cleveland, hopefully we'll have no problems crossing the border this time!"
