Monterrey, Mexico hard rock sister trio The Warning have unleashed Mayday - their debut EP via Lava / Republic Records.

The Warning, which features sisters Daniela “Dany” [guitar, lead vocals, piano], Paulina “Pau” [drums, vocals, piano], and Alejandra “Ale” Villarreal [bass, piano, backing vocals], is a hard-hitting power trio that captivates listeners with their infectious and unapologetic rock.

Alongside singer-songwriter Alessia Cara, the band recently released their new cover of Metallica’s “Enter Sandman", which was featured on The Metallica Blacklist album, the 30-year anniversary reissue of Metallica’s iconic self-titled fifth album.

The sisters kicked off their music career by building a powerful online presence, amassing over 120 million YouTube views and 15 million streams. Soon, they found themselves performing with Alice Cooper. They also graced the stage at Mother of All Rock Festival as the only Mexican band, and opened two sold-out Monterrey shows for The Killers and for Def Leppard in Mexico City and Guadalajara. 

Produced by David Bendeth (Paramore, Bring Me The Horizon, Breaking Benjamin), Mayday is a white-knuckle audio ride that dives hard into topics that affect today's younger generation from love, technology, dealing with generation gaps, anxiety, and the intense pressure to suppress emotions. 

The Mayday EP kicks off with the fiery “Disciple,” showcasing a band that has evolved and mastered the art of building tension, deftly moving through stunning signature changes, and exploding into compelling choruses that demand the listener to shout-sing along.
