hot flashes news

Toronto-based Metal photographer Mark Coatsworth has returned from his journey to the Arctic and is presenting an exhibit of his works in Toronto in December. Coatsworth has issued the following update:

"For the last months I've talked your ears off about my wild adventures in the North, where I fought polar bears, mountain yeti and hordes of ravenous wolves; marched across endless expanses of barren tundra, swam great oceans, crossed massive ice sheets and scaled the most impassable frostbitten northern mountains.

Finally... I have a few pictures to show!

All the month of December, a selection of eighteen photos will be on display in downtown Toronto at C'est What (67 Front St. E., corner of Front & Church). This collection examines the human societies, animals and landscapes of Baffin Island, Greenland and Svalbard, with a major focus on our very own North Canada.

There will be an opening reception on Wednesday, December 6, between 7-10 pm. Come down, enjoy some hors d'oeuvres along with some of Ontario's finest craftbrews and local wines! No cover! Bring your friends! It will be a fun evening."
