Y&T; shot their gig in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands at Cultuurpodium Boerderij on October 8th for an upcoming DVD release.

MelodicRock.com report that the band have issued the following message in regards to the taping: "A huge thanks to everyone who braved the extreme heat of the venue and had their faces melted for the DVD shoot on October 8 in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands.

People came from all over Europe, the UK (and even the States!) to be a part of the first-ever Y&T; DVD!

Thank you for making it a fantastic show!"

The DVD will be released in late spring/early summer 2007. Sneak previews will be available at the band's website.

In other news, Dave Meniketti has issued the following message in regards to the upcoming reissues of the Earthshaker (A&M; Records, 1981) and In Rock We Trust (A&M; Records, 1984) albums:

"I'm now listening back to the new master copy of In Rock We Trust and it kicks ass!!!. What a great record that was and I think not as much at the top of everyone's lips as the 3 before it but it sure is cool listening back to it the last few days. Now I remember why Wee Jimmy wants to hear 'Masters & Slaves' played live. Kicking tune.

Both CDs should be a worthy addition to any Y&T; fan's collection. I know they are for me. Can't wait to get these in everyone's hands. We should have them in stock in about 3 weeks or so, if you were wondering."

Stay tuned for further updates on the reissues.
